Step 1: Open the Windows VPS management page

In your personal cabinet find the block: Your Active Products/Services

Select: Windows VPS – VPS W1 S25.

Click View Details.

Step 2: Click Restart

On the Manage Product page, find the server management buttons.

Click Restart.

Step 3. Wait for the restart

Once clicked, the server status will change to: Restarting

This means that the server is in the process of restarting.

Step 4. Check the status

When the reboot is complete, the status will change again to: Started

After that, the server is ready to work and connect via RDP again.

Important

• During the reboot, the connection to the server will be temporarily unavailable.
• Restarting usually takes 1-3 minutes.
• Do not press the Restart button again while the server is restarting.
