1.4. How to add and manage additional contacts

The Contacts section allows you to add additional users to your Cube-Host account and assign them different access rights.

This is useful if:

  • an accountant needs access to accounts,
  • a technical specialist needs access to VPS,
  • a manager needs access to support tickets.

How to go to the Contacts section

  1. Log in to your Cube-Host personal account.
  2. Open the Account section in the left menu.
  3. Click Contacts.

The contact management page will open.

How to add a new contact

Step 1. Select Add New Contact

At the top of the page, in the Choose Contact drop-down list, select:

Add New Contact and click the Go button.

Step 2. Fill in the contact details

Enter the user information:

  • First Name — first name
  • Last Name — last name
  • Company Name — company (if necessary)
  • Email Address — new user’s email
  • Phone Number — phone number
  • Address / City / Zip Code / Country — address details
  • VAT Number — if necessary

Step 3. Set up Email Preferences

You can choose which notifications the contact will receive:

  • General Emails — general notifications
  • Invoice Emails — invoices and payment reminders
  • Support Emails — copies of support tickets
  • Product Emails — information about services
  • Domain Emails — domain notifications

Check the necessary items.

Step 4. Assign access rights

When creating a contact, you can specify the level of access to the account.

Depending on the system settings, the contact can get access to:

  • Viewing and paying invoices
  • Managing services (VPS, hosting)
  • Creating and viewing tickets
  • Managing domains

⚠️ Important:

An additional contact is not the account owner, but can access certain sections depending on the assigned rights.

Step 5. Save changes

Click the Save Changes button.

The new contact will be added to the system.

How to change or delete a contact

  1. Select the desired contact from the Choose Contact drop-down list.
  2. Click Go.
  3. Scroll down the page.
