⚠ Important: When reinstalling, all data on the server will be deleted.

Step 1: Open the VPS management page

In your personal cabinet find the block: Your Active Products/Services

Select: VPS Windows – VPS W1 S25.

Click the View Details button.

Step 2. Click the Reinstall button

On the Manage Product page, click the Reinstall button.

Step 3. Confirm the action

A confirmation dialog box will appear: Reinstall the server?

Click OK to continue.

Step 4. Select the Windows version

After confirmation, the window for selecting the operating system will appear.

In the drop-down list available, for example:

• Windows 2019
• Windows 2022 Evaluation
• Windows 2025 Evaluation

Select the desired version.

Step 5: Run the reinstallation

After selecting the version, click: Reinstall

Step 6. Wait for completion

During the installation, the server status will change to: Reinstalling

The process may take a few minutes.

Once complete, the status will change to: Started

⚠ Important to know

• All files and settings will be deleted.
• The server will be reinstalled with the selected Windows version.
• After reinstallation, the administrator password will be changed.
• RDP connection will only be available after the installation is complete.
